128? even with the oreos and Ice cream? something very weird is going on. I like it!! lol :)

To Remenber

-Emotional eating will make you fat.
-Breakfast must be the most gratifying meal.
-Weight loss means order not hunger
- Self control does not equal punishment.
-He who dines more than he lunches does not lose weight.
-There is always a motive to diet and an excuse to not diet.
-During weight loss period you can eat what you are allowed or half of what is not allowed.
-Carbs are for the day, protein is for the night.
-To lose weight you must anule all thoughts of food.
-Everyone can lose weight, only the time varies.
-To lose weight is to weigh less today than yesterday. It does not matter by how much.
-When a man exercises he loses weight, when a woman exercises it helps her maintain.
-A woman must exercise as she will he entire life
-Weight loss takes time.
-We must eat the most that our bodies will allow us in order to lose weight, not the least we can handle.
-Fasting, when stopped will make you gain weight.
-When you are on a diet, it is easier for your body to gain weight than to lose weight.
-Many good days = small weightloss/ few bad days = big weight gain.
-An effective diet is strict with few rules and easy to do.
